Plain-English summary: We do not sell personal information. Most game progress and settings stay on the player's device. App stores and purchase services may process limited information needed to download apps, confirm purchases, prevent fraud and diagnose faults.

  • Technical information: app version, operating system, device type, general country or region, crash reports and diagnostics, where supplied by the platform or an enabled service.
  • Purchase information: product purchased, purchase status, transaction identifier and entitlement status. Boom Tomato Games does not receive full payment-card details.
  • Local game information: progress, settings, achievements and preferences may be stored on the device. This information is not normally sent to Boom Tomato Games.

Our games are designed to avoid requesting personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child through the games. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information can contact us and request its deletion.
