Terms and Conditions

The rules for using Boom Tomato Games apps, games, websites and purchased content.

Effective and last updated: 2 August 2026

These terms apply when you use a Boom Tomato Games app, website, game, puzzle, downloadable file or related support service.

1. Using our games

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the product for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You must not copy, resell, redistribute, tamper with, reverse engineer or misuse the product except where applicable law expressly permits it.

2. Purchases and restores

App purchases are processed by Apple, Google or another named store. Prices, taxes, payment methods, refunds and cancellation rights are governed by the store and applicable consumer law. Where supported, use the game's Restore Purchases option while signed into the store account that made the purchase.

3. Availability and updates

We may fix, improve, rebalance, add, remove or discontinue features. We aim to keep products working but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability on every device, operating-system version or network.

4. Player conduct

Do not attempt to interfere with security, obtain unauthorised access, exploit services, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, or use our products to infringe the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Boom Tomato Games owns or licenses the games, names, artwork, music, writing, code, puzzles, layouts and branding. Feedback may be used to improve our products without creating an obligation to compensate the sender.

6. Third-party services

Store platforms, purchase providers and external links have separate terms and policies. Boom Tomato Games is not responsible for a third party's service, content or decisions.

7. Liability and consumer rights

Products are provided with the rights and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boom Tomato Games is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a product. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated when products, stores or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
